1. Service description
Fundember is an independent funding discovery platform. We provide informational tools to help business owners understand which types of financing may be appropriate for their situation. Fundember is not a lender, loan broker, financial advisor, or mortgage broker. We do not originate, underwrite, or fund loans. We do not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.
2. Informational nature of results
Your Funding Fit results are informational only. They do not constitute a guarantee of eligibility, approval, rate, or terms for any financing product. Eligibility, approval, and terms are determined solely by individual funding providers based on their own underwriting criteria. Fundember makes no representations about the accuracy of provider eligibility criteria, which may change without notice.
3. Affiliate relationships
Fundember may receive compensation from certain funding providers when users apply for or obtain financing. This compensation is disclosed adjacent to relevant provider recommendations. The existence of an affiliate relationship does not affect our eligibility scoring methodology as described in our Editorial Policy.
4. No credit bureau access
Fundember does not access credit bureaus, pull credit reports, or perform credit inquiries of any kind. The credit range you provide is used solely for informational scoring purposes.
5. Limitation of liability
Fundember is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any financing decisions you make based on information provided by this platform. Fundember's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this service shall not exceed zero dollars.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use Fundember only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse our platform, submit false information, or attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring methodology.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
